Large steel plate flanges made to the customer's design, up to 6000 mm diameter, with in-house raw material and machining.
Used as body flange, bonnet flange, anchor flanges and stiffeners. Flanges up to 210 mm thick have been made with radiography-tested welding joints.

Industries served: refineries, distilleries, ethanol plants, breweries, metallic bellows, petrochemicals, hydro and thermal power plants, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, cement, sugar plants, water treatment, pumps and valves. Steel stock of about 2000 to 3000 tonnes, in thicknesses from 5 mm to 250 mm. CNC profile cutting. Hydraulic presses up to 1000 tonnes for bending and rolling. Welders qualified to ASME/DIN in SMAW and MIG (CO2), up to 200 mm thickness. Ultrasonic and radiography testing facility. Machine shop has heavy lathes and VTL machines (machining up to 6000 mm diameter) and a CNC turning center for bulk nozzle flanges. Drilling shop has heavy radial drills and a multi-spindle drill machine. Flanges up to 210 mm thick have been made with radiography-tested weld joints.
